About the role:

Our Edge Loyalty has grown to become Australia’s leading provider of consumer and trade promotions. Using our sector leading promotional engine, we work with businesses and agencies to bring their ideas to life. In this role, you will support our business by developing new promotional web sites, mobile applications and implementing great design.

Required skills:

  • Create, execute and maintain test plans and test development stories
  • Coordinate subsystem and/or system testing activities between the Product and Implementation teams
  • Create and validate test data required to exercise various system components and functions
  • Taking ownership of quality assurance for all product releases and ensuring adequate test coverage
  • Work closely with the development team to understand the requirements to ensure adequate testing
  • Trending and driving key focus areas for continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively with the development team when raising bugs
  • Working closely with internal teams to thoroughly understand software related issues

Experience in the following would be advantageous:

  • Experience in creating QA and test frameworks and establishing a total quality approach across the business
  • Experience in working as part of a small team 
  • Experience using Automated testing tools;
  • Experience building and executing test plans;
  • Excellent communication and reporting;
  • Ability to identify and proactively change and fix broken systems;
  • Ability to work autonomously at times and work closely in a team;
  • Experience with best practice in testing;
  • Strong initiative;
  • Accountable and takes ownership;
  • Passion for what you do
