How You’ll Do It

Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner
Offer food and beverages from the bar
Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible alcohol service
Ensure the bar remains stocked and looking fantastic
Be careful and efficient in handling cash
Offer optimum guest service
Take pride in preparing and serving drinks according to Topgolf recipes and standards
Suggest premium menu items enhance the Guest’s experience and maximize sales

What We’re Looking For

Previous bartending experience – cocktail knowledge an advantage
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
Energy and enthusiasm
Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be able to provide availability every Friday and Saturday during peak trade
Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, maneuvering up and down stairs
