About the Role

We are currently recruiting for two sales stars to join our team! The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new business across functions & events, advertising and partnerships whilst maintaining and developing client relationships and ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences. As a Sales Consultant you will be reporting to the Head of Sales and working within the Revenue and Growth Department located at the Village Cinemas Australia Head Office within the Jam Factory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating sales whilst developing strong relationships with VCA’s existing and new clientele
  • Managing functions and events inbound sales calls and emails to effectively achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
  • Negotiating effectively with clients via email, phone and face to face interactions
  • Seeking new business opportunities for local advertising and partnerships
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships and effective communication across all cinema sites and departments of the VCA business
  • Working collaboratively with the Head of Sales, GM Partnerships and Sales and the wider sales team to achieve best possible business outcomes
  • Ensuring key partner deliverables, value and objectives are met to achieve prosperous long-term relationships
  • Ensuring best in class relationship management practice & governance across all partnerships and sales clients
  • Performing administrative tasks, CRM data entry and effective communications with cinema sites
