Costume Distribution Trainer - Higher Duties

The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for existing Distribution team to assist with training within the Entertainment department. You will facilitate training for frontline Team Members and assist the Supervisor team to ensure all team member training requirements are up to date.

Your day to day:
• Following all safety policies and procedures relevant to your position to create a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Conducting training sessions with Team Members and Supervisors, covering departmental orientation and Show & Entertainment procedures and evacuation procedures.
• Determining competency and complete training records and tests.
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and ensure that information deemed confidential
• Participating in and contribute to team development meetings, as required.

What you’ll bring:
• Must be a current team member within the Distribution Department and performing all roles at both Movie World and Sea World 
• Completion of Coach Others in Job Skills, or willing to complete
• Intermediate computer skills and data entry skills
• A high standard of Guest Service
• Quality customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Available to work 7-day rotating roster
