Maintenance Handyperson

As a Maintenance Handyperson you will resolve maintenance issues in guest rooms, function areas and restaurants throughout Sea World Resort.

Duties:
• Moving of furniture including beds from guest rooms, office furniture and other large items
• General maintenance and minor plumbing – tap washers, leaking taps, replacing shower heads and minor cistern repairs
• Pool duties – vacuuming pools and ponds, monitoring temperature controls
• Preventative maintenance inspections – maintaining plant room inspections, cleaning of air conditioning filters
• Lighting – inspections and changing of light bulbs

Skills and Experience:
• Construction industry white card
• Open manual driver's license
• Trade background preferred but not essential
• Any additional licenses would be advantageous, such as Elevated Work Platform
