Afterhours Security Senior

| The afterhours Security Senior is responsible for coordinating afterhours security operations. This includes but is not limited to; attending to and coordinating security incidents and escalations, overseeing and supporting the afterhours security team, liaising with and providing access to contractors and suppliers, providing supplementary support to the Sea World Resort and completing relevant administrative tasks. The successful applicant will follow Village Roadshow Theme Park’s security guidelines and procedures relevant to the position, including adhering to the Village Roadshow Theme Park’s Code of Conduct whilst on duty or on Village Roadshow Theme Park’s premises.
Roster includes 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (8pm-6am however, shift times may flex due to business requirements). |

| The role of a Guest Service Host is to participate in the day to day operation of the Guest Services Office, Animal Adventure Centre and Reception desk at Sea World.
You will be required to demonstrate a superior knowledge of Sea World’s attractions, products and services whilst maintaining professional and friendly customer service skills.
Must be available to work a 7-day rotating roster between the hours of 8.30am to 6.30pm on any day including weekends, school holidays and evening function work. |
