Technical Services Purchasing Coordinator

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Technical Services Purchasing Coordinator to join our team to manage the purchasing requirements for the business including but not limited to managing the ordering system, overseeing purchase orders and coordinating shipping, freight, and receipting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Join a collaborative team where your organisation and coordination skills help power the day-to-day operations of our parks. You’ll:
• Liaise with Technical Service team to ensure rebuild timelines are met
• Manage and update ordering schedules when required
• Review purchases, manage pricing and track deliveries
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely receipting of goods
• Investigate and resolve with vendors any supply queries including delivery lead times, credits and price or quantity discrepancies
• Provide admin support across multiple sites
• Analyse inventory data and support financial forecasting
• Assist with shipping documentation and logistics coordination
• Update SharePoint and promoting visibility
• Create, review and maintain purchasing data within system to ensure accuracy
What We’re Looking For
Bring your spark and passion for purchasing, we’re seeking someone who makes procurement exciting. You’ll bring:
• Demonstrated purchasing experience utilising an ERP system
• Experience in supply chain / stock replenishment is advantageous
• Proven ability to compile and analyse data relating to purchasing needs
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas and levels
• Be well organised with a strong attention to detail
• Strong skills in MS Excel, ERP system and SAP
