The Opportunity
We are seeking Food & Beverage superstars, who thrive in a fast-paced environment, to join our team at Australian Outback Spectacular! You’ll be part of the action, helping deliver meals and drinks to up to 900 guests as they enjoy a heartwarming, true-blue Australian show that brings the spirit of the Outback to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Are you ready to serve up excitement and share the genuine spirit of the outback? You’ll:
• Work effectively within a team environment or independently as required.
• Welcoming and engaging with guests from variety of backgrounds.
• Delivering meals and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner during a live show, while maintaining an awareness of dietary requirements.
• Work in the bar, preparing and serving a range of drinks as required.
• Setting up and packing down the venue.
• Operating point of sale system via cash register with accurate cash handling.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and workplace hygiene requirements.
What We’re Looking For:

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate essential
• Previous restaurant experience highly regarded
• High level of physical fitness with the ability walk up and down stairs in a fast-paced environment
• An outgoing personality with the ability to work well within a team environment
• Full availability to work night shifts from Tuesday to Saturday nights as well as working Sunday day shifts as required including over the school holiday periods.
• Reliable transport as shifts are outside public transport hours
