Food & Beverage Attendant
$27.15 per hour Casual, $21.72 per hour Part Time

About the role:
We are currently recruiting Food & Beverage Superstars to join Village Road Show Theme Parks, with both Casual and Part Time positions available! As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will be responsible to meet, greet and serve our guests with professionalism and ensure high standards of food safety. You could be working in Fast Food, Bakery/Cafes, Bars/Restaurants, Ice-cream parlors and Mobile Carts. You must love working outdoors and up-selling!

Duties:
• Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent guest service and to promote a positive working environment
• Operate POS register with accurate cash handling.
• Ensure all orders are accurate and presented to the required standard
• The ability to up sell & value add to every order to maximize revenue opportunity in an effort to achieve outlet KPI’s
• Follow workplace hygiene procedures & maintain workplace in a clean & hygienic manner

Skills and Experience:
• Guest Service experience with effective communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) skills highly regarded
• Previous Food & Beverage experience
• Ability to work on any day including weekends, evenings, school holidays and functions
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Queensland certificate essential
• Have excellent guest services skills
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
