The Opportunity:
Calling all hospo legends! As an Events Banquet Attendant, you’ll work across Village Roadshow Theme Parks delivering epic events in seriously iconic locations.
Think Breakfast with the Dolphins, glam gala dinners, and cocktail parties inside the Scooby Doo Coaster Castle. You’ll be hands-on with set-up, pack-down, and food & beverage service while keeping the vibe polished and the guest experience top-tier.
Key Responsibilities:
Roll up your sleeves and make the magic happen! You’ll be:
• Meeting and greeting guests and seat them as required
• Ensuring responsible service of alcohol to all guests
• Setting up and packing down of the event, such as table settings/staging requirements and venue theming
• Providing food and beverage service to a delegated area or table
What We’re Looking For:
If you love fast paced events and delivering great service, this role is for you. You’ll bring:
• QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment is essential
• Own transport required as no public transport is available in the evenings
• Event and banquet experience and food safety knowledge
• Bar operation knowledge
• Fine dining and waiting experience is an advantage
• Wine appreciation knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work on any day including weekends, school holidays and nights
