We’re looking for energetic Retail Sales Assistants to join the Warner Bros. Movie World Retail team. If you love big crowds, bold theming and working in a park that transforms into something extraordinary, this is where you belong.

From trading alongside superheroes and villains by day, to bringing iconic after dark events to life by night, every shift is immersive, fast paced and unforgettable.
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be part of the action — helping guests take home a piece of movie magic, operating POS systems and keeping our themed retail outlets looking show ready at all times. Whether you’re in store or working from a mobile cart, you’ll play a key role in shaping each guest’s experience.
Key Responsibilities
No two days will be the same! You’ll be:
• Be the friendly face greeting guests and offering helpful, knowledgeable service
• Operate POS registers with accurate cash handling
• Assist with stock control by completing all relevant paperwork and following record keeping processes
• Contribute to a safe, clean and welcoming environment while working effectively within a team environment.
Availability Requirements
Our Movie World Retail Team plays a crucial role in delivering our most iconic experiences. To be successful in this role, you’ll need availability to work:
• Weekends and school holidays
• Peak seasonal trading periods
• Key park events, including:
o 🎃 Fright Nights
o 🎄 White Christmas
o And other major park events throughout the season
Event availability is essential, these are some of the biggest, most exciting and most memorable moments of the year.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after people who bring energy, teamwork, and a guest-first attitude! You’ll bring:
• Experience in a similar retail or guest service role (highly regarded)
• Demonstrated cash handling skills
• Photography skills are a bonus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A bright, positive, and professional attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work any day including weekends, evenings, school holidays, and events.
