About the Role
Acting as a key part of Edge Loyalty Consumers operations, this role provides account management (starting with invoicing and follow-up), orders management and coordination of daily Fulfilment of gift cards to both corporate clients and individual online customers (fulfilment team based in Melbourne). A very important role in order to make sure that Edge Loyalty Consumers delivers by providing a high level of customer service in liaison with the Customer Service team based in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities/ attributes:

• Phone and email support for the Edge Consumers Customer Service team as well as corporate clients including activating gift cards, advising of balances and expiry status
• Liaison with Corporate Clients to raise invoices, follow up payment, create orders and confirm order delivery
• Coordination of daily fulfilment of online and corporate orders (fulfilment team based in Melbourne)
• Arranging ad-hoc urgent deliveries
• Other administrative tasks to help manage the Sydney Office, such as ordering stationary, coordinating the repair of any potential issues (internet, printers) and organising events
