The Opportunity:
In this high-energy role, you will motivate, mentor and manage a team to ensure top-tier service and smooth operation of your outlets. You will oversee venues including bars, fast-food outlets, coffee shops, and mobile vending carts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills and the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to challenges.


This fast-paced role requires applicants to have full availability to work a rotating roster with shifts covering weekends, holidays, and nights as required.
All successful applicants MUST have a valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Statement of Attainment from a Nationally Recognised Training Organisation prior to commencement.

Your day to day:
• Work effectively within a team environment, ensuring your team are following the correct processes and procedures.
• Ensure your team are providing outstanding customer service during their shift and deal with any guest complaints or enquiries as they arise.
• Operate cash registers, conduct end of day cash-up and monitor accurate cash handling procedures within your team.
• Prepare and serve a range of food and beverage items whilst ensuring your team maintain high standards of food safety and presentation at all times.
• Follow workplace hygiene procedures and health and safety standards to maintain a clean, safe and well-presented work environment.
• Assist with inventory management through effective stock control.
• Mentor, develop and train other employees as required.
• Report any issues that may affect operations to your Supervisor immediately.

What you’ll bring:
• A valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential!
• Previous experience managing a team in a food and beverage venue displaying effective communication, delegation and leadership skills.
• Full availability to work a flexible roster including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work night shifts as required.
• The ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of guest service, food safety and food quality.
• Excellent grooming standards and a commitment to follow our food and beverage personal presentation requirements (no jewellery, fake nails or nail polish).
• Willingness to work in a variety of food outlets including bars, kitchens and outdoors on our mobile carts.
