We are looking for a Groundsperson who can maintain a high standard of studio presentation, whilst enhancing the aesthetics of the iconic studio grounds.

Your day to day:
• General landscaping and garden maintenance
• Mowing, hedging, spraying and general labouring duties
• Operation, maintenance and cleaning of tools and machinery
• Early starts with early finishes
• Following all policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for team members and guests

What you’ll bring:
• Certificate III in Horticulture highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience in a similar position with a knowledge of horticulture
• A current manual drivers licence required
• A current bobcat, excavator, back-hoe, truck licence, or tractor driving experience is advantageous, EWP, Forklift license required
• EWP, Forklift License essential
• Good communication
• Self starter, good time management, work to schedule, problem solving, ability to multi task, attention to detail
• Support maintenance team for small R&M works when required
• A high level of understanding and commitment to Workplace Health and safety
• Must be physically fit, physical requirements include but are not limited to: carrying, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, twisting
• Must be able to start at 5:00am Mon – Friday. During growing season weekend work may be required.
