Your day to day:
As a Sales Coordinator at Village Roadshow Theme Parks (VRTP), you’ll manage sales administration with precision working across a variety of dynamic tasks. Through report generation, logistic coordination and industry liaison you will assist the Sales Team in their day to day operations. Expect to liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of promotions, events, and group sales initiatives. From supporting creative briefs to tracking campaign performance, every task you tackle helps bring the magic of Village Roadshow Theme Parks to life!
What you’ll bring:
• The ideal candidate should possess a High School Senior Certificate and a TAFE or equivalent qualification or experience in a similar role.
• Proactive team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven sales and marketing acumen with a deep understanding of tourism industry distribution models.
• Results-oriented with strong strategic, tactical, analytical, and planning skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Dynamics365 and general computer literacy.
• Demonstrated high level of customer service.
• Effective communication skills across various levels of management and staff.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Current Driver’s License.
