Sea World Resort is looking for a passionate and reliable Food & Beverage Team Leaders help create memorable moments for our guests during the twilight hours. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the buzz of dinner service and enjoys being part of a close-knit, fast-paced team.

What Your Evening Will Look Like:

• Support the Food & Beverage Supervisors and guide our team to deliver friendly, efficient service during dinner shifts.
• Assist across different outlets as needed – whether it’s the restaurant, bar, or room service.
• Help coordinate team members, manage floor operations, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable service.
• Encourage team members, provide on-the-job coaching, and help create a positive working environment.
• Step in to help guests when needed and resolve minor issues with professionalism and a smile.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Evening Availability: You’re ready to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering a great experience.
• A supportive, can-do attitude that keeps team morale high and the service running smoothly.
• Current QLD RSA is essential.
