From corporate conferences and cocktail functions to family celebrations and themed resort events – no two days are the same, and every event is a chance to impress!

What You’ll Be Taking the Lead On:

• Oversee the setup, service, and pack-down of a range of resort events – from corporate functions and cocktail parties to family celebrations and themed dinners.
• Motivate, train and guide our passionate Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
• Liaise with the Events and Banquets teams to ensure every detail – from menus to floorplans – is executed flawlessly.
• Be ready to jump in where needed, whether it’s setting up a function space or stepping behind the bar.
• You’ll be the friendly face guests remember, ensuring service is always polished, professional, and personalised.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Events or Banquets Experience: You’re confident in leading teams in an events environment and know how to adapt on the fly.
• You can juggle rosters, manage leave, and ensure service is always covered.
• Barista and bar experience are a bonus, but top-tier service is a must.
• You're solutions-focused and thrive in dynamic environments.
• Current QLD RSA required.
• Available for varied shifts across weekdays and weekends, depending on event schedules.
