Event Supervisor
Full Time Salary – 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

The opportunity:
Our theme parks come alive with one of a kind animal breakfasts, gala dinners, award nights, weddings and much more! You will supervise the Events team to ensure high standards of guest service are delivered and amazing memories are made for our clients.

Your day to day:
• Oversee the daily operation of the Events department ensuring all timings are met and optimum client satisfaction
• Motivate, supervise and delegate tasks to the Event Attendants, Seniors and Leaders
• Ensure budgets are maintained by monitoring staffing levels and flexing accordingly
• Ensure Liquor Licensing, Food Safety and Council requirements are met

What you’ll bring:
• Previous Events supervisory experience with proven ability to lead and motivate a team essential
• Ability to work a variety of hours, across all days including weekends, days and evenings
• Advanced First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation certificate
• Working at Heights, Forklift licence and manual drivers licence
• Responsible Management of a Licenced Venue Certificate and Approved Managers licence
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
