Costume Distribution Event Team Leader

The Opportunity:
Lead and train a team of Costume Distributors to maintain, launder, pack, deliver and check all costumes for Seasonal Events at VRTP Gold Coast Theme Parks.

Your day to day:
• Ensure clear communication is maintained via written or verbal methods including team meetings, white board or diary.
• Train and undertake all event shifts that are performed within the distribution department.
• Check costumes and conduct repairs as required.
• Ensure costumes are in great condition and delivered on time in order.
• Sort costumes into wardrobe racking and storage systems and ensure all tick and flicks are completed accurately.
• Train and conduct the operations of all laundry equipment and
follow all policies and procedures.
