What We’re Looking For:
• Expertise in sushi and sashimi – your craft is your art!
• A solid understanding of Asian cooking philosophies and the ability to execute mise en place preparation like a pro.
• Experience across all sections of the kitchen, sushi, and hot kitchen – versatility is key.
• Language skills: Japanese fluency is a plus, with a good command of English to ensure seamless communication.
