The opportunity:
In the role of Kitchen Steward at Sea World Resort you will ensure a clean, safe and hygienic work area is maintained.

Your day to day:
• Wash dishes, cutlery and heavy service equipment including large pots and pans
• Clean kitchen walls, benches and floors and take out rubbish bins
• Operate commercial dishwashers and use cleaning chemicals in a safe manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces
• Dismantle and clean specialised kitchen equipment
• Work effectively within a team environment

What you’ll bring:
• Proven experience working in a fast paced, high volume commercial kitchen essential
• Awareness of work health and safety and food hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Must be able to work on any day including early mornings, late nights and weekends
