What You’ll Do:

• Create memorable welcomes: Meet and greet guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Smooth transitions: Manage check-ins and check-outs for individuals and groups.
• Problem-solving pro: Handle guest inquiries and complaints with confidence and care.
• Keep things running: Take charge of the switchboard, systems, and cash management.
• Be the local expert: Promote Sea World Resort’s services and share insider tips about local activities and events.

What We’re Looking For:

We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous hotel industry experience with a proven flair for customer service.
• Experience with OPERA PMS (a huge plus!).
• Night audit experience (advantageous but not essential).
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
• Advanced computer skills and a passion for teamwork.
