About the role:

As the Voucher Administrator you will be responsible for managing our voucher and gift card stock levels across Victoria and Tasmania. This will involve processing orders, maintaining data accuracy and building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships.

This role will see you:

• Process site and client orders using our CRM, ensuring all details are accurately recorded
• Ensuring film artwork and expiry dates are updated and correct as per compliance
• Conduct regular stocktakes at all sites
• Provide necessary support to the fulfilment team in the voucher and gift card order process
• Provide a seamless customer experience, including monitoring various email inboxes and sending out vouchers in a timely and accurate manner
• Liaise with sales and Marketing teams to deliver periodic electronic direct mail
• Regularly reviewing processes to enhance efficiency for the gift card and voucher function

About you:

You’re someone who has prior administrative experience, who has great attention to detail and doesn’t mind repetitive tasks. Your customer service and stakeholder relationship skills will be on show as you take control of the administrative process.

The key skills and competencies we are seeking in the successful candidate include:

• Competent with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy of data
• A strong customer service mindset
• The ability to create and maintain stakeholder relationships
• An eye for continuous improvement and efficiency
