The opportunity
Work with the Senior Digital Channel Manager and Assistant Digital Channel Manager to coordinate and support the performance of marketing campaigns, and operations of digital marketing! The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support all digital marketing channels, including websites, social media and direct communications to meet goals, drive growth and achieve brand objectives.

Your day to day
•   Support the Assistant Manager with campaign coordination and administration tasks
•   Build and schedule email campaigns
•   Conduct testing to optimise email campaigns for performance, engagement and compatibility across devices and email providers
•   Manage and maintain our email marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities
•   Monitor, analyse and report on email performance, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

What you’ll bring
•   Previous experience in a digital marketing role
•   A sound understanding of all digital marketing channels including websites, social media and direct marketing
•   Experience with email marketing or marketing automation tools desirable
•   Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
•   Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities
•   Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
•   Bachelor Degree or tertiary study in Digital Marketing or related field desirable
