We’re looking for a Campaign Activation Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, ensure' s smooth execution of impactful campaign activations and drives innovation through data-led marketing decisions.
About the Role
As our Campaign Activations Manager, you will lead the development and execution of Village Entertainment’s brand strategy and activation roadmap, turning high‑level brand direction into impactful, insight‑driven campaigns, events and partnership activations that grow admissions, revenue, and long‑term brand equity. Working closely with senior marketing leaders and cross‑functional teams, the position acts as the bridge between strategy and in‑cinema execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development and execution of Village Entertainment’s brand and activation roadmap, translating brand strategy into high-impact, commercially effective campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and strategic cohesion across all touchpoints, from major film releases to owned brand initiatives.
- Drive elevated, brand events offering across key formats) that support brand positioning and commercial return.
- Support the rollout of major film moments where experiential, partner-led or over-and-above activations are involved.
- Lead post-campaign performance reviews, translating insights into actionable improvements and scalable playbooks.
- Work in close partnership with the GM Marketing and executive leadership to shape strategies that support overall business objectives, while proactively leading priority initiatives, special projects, and time-sensitive opportunities as they arise.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a similar marketing or analytical role
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with strong proficiency in Excel
- Strong capability with data and marketing platforms, including SAP BI, Google Analytics (GA), CRM and CDP systems
- Previous exposure to SAP, with hands‑on experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service
