The Opportunity
Step into a role where you help keep Sea World looking show ready from open to close.
In this hands-on Senior Cleaner role, you’ll lead by example across front and back of house, supporting and motivating your team to maintain high presentation standard across the park. You’ll take ownership of the shift, keep hygiene and health & safety front of mind, and be a calm, confident point of contact when it matters. Helping ensure every space feels clean, safe and ready for the day.
Key Responsibilities
Behind the scenes, helping everything run smoothly day to day, you’ll be:
• Supporting the team to complete cleaning tasks to standard and on time
• Keeping park presentation high across all front and back of house areas
• Cleaning rides, attractions, amenities, dining areas and office spaces
• Monitoring workloads and redirecting team members to stay productive throughout the shift
• Promoting safe work practices and ensuring hygiene and H&S procedures are followed
• Acting as a key contact for issues, requests or incidents, escalating where required
• Working collaboratively with the team to support positive guest experiences
What We’re Looking For
Love leading by example and keeping standards high? You’ll bring:
• Open Driver’s License (Required)
• Forklift license (advantage)
• A strong sense of responsibility and confidence supporting others day to day
• Clear communication skills and the ability to give direction when needed
• A practical, calm approach to handling issues, requests or team challenges
• Good working knowledge of cleaning processes, equipment and safe work practices
• Guest service experience and a positive, team first mindset
• Experience and knowledge of hazardous substances
