The Opportunity
From blockbuster thrills to splash-filled adventures, help make every guest’s day one to remember! As a Guest Services Host at Warner Bros. Movie World and Wet’n’Wild, you’ll bring a warm welcome and a guest-first approach to the day-to-day operation of our Guest Services Office. Delivering exceptional service to our guests and fellow team members, you’ll help keep the fun flowing and create memories that last a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities
Ready to turn every guest interaction into an unforgettable moment? You’ll be:
• Delivering exceptional service to every guest and ensuring service standards are met or exceeded
• Attending and assisting with incidents throughout the park, providing support to guests and team members while following established safety and operational procedures.
• Responding to guest enquiries, requests and complaints promptly to achieve positive outcomes
• Following up on guest feedback and escalating unresolved concerns to the Guest Services Supervisor
• Sharing relevant guest feedback with departmental stakeholders
• Maintaining strong knowledge of park attractions, facilities, operations and emergency response procedures
• Accurately processing point-of-sale transactions for wheelchair and stroller hire

What We’re Looking For
Ready to bring your people skills to a fun, fast paced setting? You’ll bring:
• A current Provide First Aid and CPR certificate is required, or willing to obtain this qualification prior to commencement
• Well-developed organizational skills and strong administrative skills
• A professional attitude and exceptional level of customer service as well as a positive and friendly personality
• Proven conflict resolution and complaint handling skills
• Ability to use initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Must be available to work a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends, school holidays and evening functions
