The Opportunity:
Are you looking for extra hours in a fast-paced environment?
We are looking for dedicated, outgoing individuals to join the Food & Beverage team at Australian Outback Spectacular in a Multi-Hire capacity.

All successful applicants MUST have a valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Statement of Attainment from a Nationally Recognized Training Organization.

Your day to day:
•   Work effectively within a team environment or independently as required.
•   Provide superior customer service to a variety of guests.
•   Deliver meals and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
•   Work in the bar serving a range of drinks as required.
•   Set up and pack down the venue.
•   Operate point of sale system via cash register with accurate cash handling.
•   Maintain high standards of food safety and workplace hygiene requirements.

What you’ll bring:
•   A valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
•   Able to work night shifts from Tuesday to Saturday nights.
•   High level of physical fitness with the ability to walk up and down stairs repetitively in a fast-paced environment.
•   Reliable transport as shifts are outside public transport hours.
•   A fun and positive working attitude with exceptional guest service focus and communication skills.
•   Excellent grooming standards and a commitment to follow food & beverage personal presentation requirements (no jewellery, fake nails or nail polish).
•   Previous restaurant experience will be highly regarded.
