The opportunity:
You will assist with the supervision of the day to day operations, safety, cost, profitability and human resource management of the Retail Department across Village Roadshow Theme Parks, Gold Coast.

Your day to day:
• Work closely with the Retail Supervisor to execute opening and closing of outlets
• Monitor service standards and ensure they are maintained by team members
• Maintain a profitable level of stock in all retail outlets and investigate stock variances
• Assist with the coordination of Retail team members where responsibilities include but are not limited to resource planning, training, mentoring, performance management and conducting performance reviews
• Display knowledge of AWU/EBA agreement and ensure compliance with all conditions.

What you’ll bring:
• Experience in leading large teams
• Strong computer skills spanning Microsoft office suite
• Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
• Previous Retail industry experience.
