About the role:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will support both the dynamic Television & Physical teams at Roadshow Films. This role is a pivotal part of our team, and has a balance of planning (leveraging data, client profile/demographics), account management, trade marketing and administration in order to build relevant business and product plans for Roadshow clients.
This role will see you:
- Take briefs to understand client needs, create availabilities, rights windows and strategic planning across the territory
- Provide ongoing account management for clients, ensuring timely resolution of client requests
- Support the business direction by creating innovative and profitable account plans
- Lead and inspire accounts with a positive “will do” approach, ensuring that relationships are considered industry best
- Coordinate with operations and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of film materials
- Accurate administration of all contracts and amendments
- Execute tailored plans and programs for home entertainment film release and catalogue promotion
- Identify areas for improvement in team processes and reporting systems.
- Support Finance, Operations and Acquisitions to maintain Television and SVOD product rights database
About you:
The key skills and competencies we are seeking in the successful candidate include:
- Experience working in a similar capacity as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator/Account Manager;
- Previous Television/Home Entertainment distribution experience would be highly regarded
- Passionate about Films and Television, in addition you’re enthusiastic about keeping informed when it comes to industry news and emerging platforms
- Exceptional organisational and task prioritisation skills, with a strong attention to detail must
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; building and maintaining key relationships
- Ability to lead, drive and achieve targets in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Extensive experience in using Excel, Outlook, Power point and other relevant business IT platforms
