As a Sales Coordinator at Village Roadshow Theme Parks (VRTP), you’ll be the key link between our vibrant sales team and our valued partners, helping bring amazing experiences to life. Your day to day:
As a Sales Coordinator at Village Roadshow Theme Parks (VRTP), you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations, working across a variety of dynamic tasks. From managing ticketing strategies and maintaining smooth communication with partners to collaborating on creative sales initiatives, you’ll ensure everything runs seamlessly. Your role will involve building and nurturing key industry relationships, organizing memorable trade events, and supporting revenue growth through detailed reporting and analysis. You’ll also coordinate travel for our sales team and assist leadership in driving strategic sales initiatives. Every day brings new opportunities to contribute to the success of VRTP.

What you’ll bring:
•   The ideal candidate should possess a High School Senior Certificate and a TAFE or equivalent qualification or experience in a similar role.
•   Proactive team player with the ability to work autonomously.
•   Strong written and oral communication skills.
•   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
•   Proven sales and marketing acumen with a deep understanding of tourism industry distribution models.
•   Results-oriented with strong strategic, tactical, analytical, and planning skills.
•   Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Dynamics365 and general computer literacy.
•   Demonstrated high level of customer service.
•   Effective communication skills across various levels of management and staff.
•   Excellent time management and organizational skills.
•   Current Open Driver’s License.
