The opportunity
Working across Village Roadshow Theme Parks you will be responsible for set up, pack down and food and beverage service at our one of a kind events such as breakfast with the Dolphins, gala dinners or cocktail parties in the Scooby Doo Coaster Castle! Successful candidates will be immaculately presented and hold a valid QLD RSA certificate (Essential) Candidates with a manual driver’s license & forklift accredited will be preferred (not essential).

Your day to day:
• Meet and greet guests and seat them as required
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol to all guests
• Set up and pack down of the event, such as table settings/staging requirements and venue theming
• Provide food and beverage service to a delegated area or table

What you’ll bring:
• QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment essential
• Own transport required as no public transport is available in the evenings
• Event and banquet experience and food safety knowledge
• Bar operation knowledge
• Fine dining and waiting experience is an advantage
• Wine appreciation knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work on any day including weekends, school holidays and nights
