The Opportunity
A rare opportunity exists to be creative and join our fun, innovative and dynamic team! As the Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll report to the creative director to design standout graphics and artwork for Village Roadshow Theme Park properties. If you thrive on seeing your designs come to life, bringing joy and creating unforgettable visuals, then this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Your designs will be part of the attractions at our world-class theme parks! You’ll be:
• Assisting the Creative Director, Art Directors and design team with creative development of marketing campaigns
• Delivering digital design for theme park and attraction websites, Digital Display advertising (HTML animation), social media and email
• Working with a team to film, edit & produce video content for social media
• Using Adobe CC software for print, video, digital design & animation
• Additional tasks related to creation of artwork include assisting ADs with filming, photoshoots, image processing, colour correction, providing creative input and undertaking research
• Archive and catalogue all completed jobs
What We’re Looking For
Your creativity will help shape the visuals that guests experience at Village Roadshow Theme Parks. You’ll bring:
• Blue Card is essential* (Please be advised that the cost of a Blue Card is currently $104.70, however, VRTP will reimburse employees who successfully complete three months of service).
• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design essential
• Filmmaking, motion graphics and videography skills highly regarded
• 5-7 years demonstrated experience working within a studio environment is essential
• Demonstrated expertise with Adobe CC suite
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all stakeholders
