About the role:
The Forecasting and Systems Lead is responsible for driving forecasting excellence and ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our systems across the cinema network.
This role plays a key role in producing accurate, actionable demand forecasts, continuously improving forecasting workflows, and maintaining system reliability.
This role will see you:
- Lead end-to-end demand forecasting across all Food & Beverage (F&B) and merchandise categories.
- Build robust forecasting models leveraging historical data, trends, and promotional plans.
- Owning and managing ERP and inventory systems (e.g., SAP), ensuring data accuracy, integrity and visibility.
- Delivering regular reports, analysing data patterns and providing insights to various the relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating and supporting capability building with key teams and stakeholders to ensure forecasting and systems are aligned with business needs
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement that will contribute to the strengthening of the supply chain planning
About you:
This role will suit someone who has experiencing in being the SME for demand forecasting who has an eye for continuous improvement and enjoys cross functional collaboration.
The key skills and competencies we are seeking in the successful candidate include:
- Experience in demand forecasting, supply planning or systems management, ideally within the F&B or retails space.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting tools, models and promotional planning, ideally SAP MRP
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a strong attention to details
- Proven success with leading forecasting and systems improvement projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross- functional collaboration
- Effective problem solving and with clear and focused communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities; in particular finding a balance between BAU and project work
