The Opportunity

As a Retail Attendant, you’ll be right in the heart of the action, helping guests find the perfect souvenir, operating POS systems, and ensuring every store sparkles. Whether you’re serving from a retail outlets or a mobile cart, your role is all about creating joyful experiences that make every visit special.
Key Responsibilities
No two days will be the same! You’ll be:
• Be the friendly face greeting guests and offering helpful, knowledgeable service
• Operate POS registers with accurate cash handling
• Assist with stock control by completing all relevant paperwork and following record keeping processes
• Contribute to a safe, clean and welcoming environment while working effectively within a team environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after people who bring energy, teamwork, and a guest-first attitude! You’ll bring:
• Experience in a similar retail or guest service role (highly regarded)
• Demonstrated cash handling skills
• Photography skills are a bonus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A bright, positive, and professional attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work any day including weekends, school holidays, and events.
