The Opportunity
Join the Paradise Country team and help ensure our unique Farmstay accommodation is presented to the highest visual and operational standards. You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by maintaining exceptional cleanliness across both front and back-of-house areas while following all workplace hygiene procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean guest accommodation to a high standard, ensuring all tasks are completed within required timeframes and quality expectations.
• Prepare linen, amenities, and equipment to support daily operational needs.
• Complete required reporting and documentation accurately, professionally, and on time.
• Manage resources effectively, including reducing waste and recycling where appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous guest service or housekeeping experience with strong communication skills.
• The ability to prioritise workload, work efficiently, and maintain excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using biodegradable cleaning chemicals and understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and school holidays on a rotating roster.
