The Opportunity:
Successful candidates will be required to work in a variety of food and beverage outlets around the park, including fast-food outlets, coffee shops, bars, ice cream parlours, or outdoors on our mobile carts around the park.
Applicants must have full availability to work a rotating roster with shifts covering weekdays, weekends, holidays, and nights as required.
All successful applicants MUST have a valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Statement of Attainment from a Nationally Recognised Training Organisation prior to commencement.
The role is initially a seasonal position until September 2026 with opportunities for contract extensions or ongoing positions for standout employees.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be:
• Work effectively within a team environment or independently as required.
• Provide outstanding customer service to a variety of guests.
• Prepare and serve a range of food and beverage items whilst maintaining a high level of food safety, quality and presentation.
• Follow workplace hygiene procedures and health and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate point of sale system with accurate cash handling and stock control.
What We’re Looking For

• A valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential!
• Full availability to work alternating shifts from 7am until 7pm any day of the week including school holidays and public holidays.
• Ability to work night shifts as required.
• A fun and positive working attitude.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional guest service focus and communication skills.
• Excellent grooming standards and a commitment to follow food and beverage personal presentation requirements (no jewellery, fake nails or nail polish).
• Willingness to work in a variety of food outlets including bars, kitchens and outdoors on our mobile carts.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer service and a comprehensive knowledge of cash handling will be highly regarded.
