We’re looking for a Senior Sales & Events Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, enjoys being a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders and will assist in ensuring smooth execution of sales through Partnership agreements, functions & events and advertising.
About the Role
As our Senior Sales and Events Executive, you’ll be at the centre of our functions and events business, driving revenue through the end‑to‑end management of cinema-based experiences including movie premieres, birthday parties, private screenings and bespoke corporate functions.
This is a high‑volume, detail‑driven role, heavily focused on converting inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings, managing multiple events simultaneously, and delivering an exceptional client experience from initial enquiry through to event delivery.
You’ll build strong client relationships, collaborate closely with internal teams, and ensure every event is expertly planned, sold and executed.

- Own the end-to-end sales and booking process for cinema functions and events including premieres, birthday parties, private events and corporate bookings.
- Manage a high volume of inbound sales enquiries, converting interest into confirmed bookings while achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire event journey.
- Coordinate closely with programming, operations, food & beverage, marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat and new clients, driving ongoing event and function bookings.
- Oversee key administrative processes including invoicing, payment follow-up, CRM data entry and maintenance of accurate sales records.
- Identify opportunities to upsell premium experiences, food and beverage packages, and tailored event enhancements.
- Ensure best‑in‑class relationship management, process governance and accurate booking administration across all events and sales clients.
- As part of the broader sales team, support local advertising and partnership opportunities where relevant to Commercial Partnerships team.
