About The Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Director to join our team at Edge. Your responsibility will be to generate new business and create the buzz around the Edge brand and what we have to offer!

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Sales Generation
    - Solve customer acquisition and retention problems using a broad array of incentive technologies and rewards - Maintain pipeline via a CRM, provide regular reporting and attend team meetings
  • Market Awareness
    - Develop an understanding of the market environment for customer acquisition and retention activity and ensure Edge are ahead of the curve with delivering innovative solutions to clients
  • Client Management
    - Engage with and develop relationships with clients at the CMO level through to the customer retention and acquisition managers, promotional coordinators and the like

    This is a hands on role that will see you be responsible for a portfolio of clients and retaining and winning incremental business. You will ensure deals are structured in a way that will generate long term outcomes

About You

Commercially savvy, you will ensure deals are structured in a way that will generate long term profitable outcomes for Edge and Edge’s clients. You will consult and advise on campaigns, pricing and be the liaison for legal agreements, ensuring open communication with the Commercial Director and Sales Directors.

You are a driven and experienced sales person with an appetite for problem solving and a broad understanding of the marketing, promotions and loyalty landscape within Australia would be very highly regarded as would experience in an agency environment.
