The opportunity:
We are looking for an exceptional horseman to portray the role of Sarah, the female romantic lead in Australian Outback Spectacular’s Heartland.

Character Description:
Sarah is the daughter of Marge and Reg Carsons who are facing one of the worst droughts Australia has ever seen. She is independent, quick witted and extremely capable
at helping run the family farm. Sarah’s story is about loss, love and resilience in the face of the unforgiving Australian Landscape.

Your day to day:
• Maintain consistency and continuity in every show.
• Ensure all show equipment and devices are maintained and used to the highest safety levels
• Work with and treat all animals with care and respect
• Maintain your appearance as set by the show design, makeup and costume personnel
• Participate in publicity and promotions activities
• Maintain a high standard of voice and singing technique

What you’ll bring:
• Must possess exceptional riding skills and horsemanship abilities.
• To attend physicals as directed by VRTP and the ability to maintain physical fitness for the role.
• To be able to play the age range between 18 – 25.
• The ability to demonstrate strong performance skills.
• Previous acting in a live theatrical environment is desirable.
• Singing experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Must be available to work on any day 3:45pm-10:00pm
