The opportunity:
We are seeking an IT Technical Support Analyst who will oversee daily IT operations, and provide onsite support for third party productions, team members and security.

Your day to day:
• Ensure systems meet the needs of Studios and Productions, this will include logging and tracking jobs, communicating with Productions and Admin, strictly adhering to production confidentiality and invoicing billable items.
• Manage day to day IT for the Studios, including O365, Active Directory, DNS, licensing, hardware endpoints, and network availability and capacity.
• Support the key business systems of Avaya phone, Flir CCTV, Gallagher access control, Jacques Intercom, Upkeep maintenance and Sinepro.
• Deliver and enhance technical services to improve business outcomes and optimize costs.
• Monitor and maintain PABX system, conduct audits before/after production, and ensure proper tracking to avoid impact on production.

What you’ll bring:
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• IT degree or qualification is advantageous.
• CCNA Certificate and CCNP is desirable.
• Azure and M365 Fundamentals certification.
• Experience with Office 365 accounts, Windows desktops, MacOS, and mobile devices are essential.
• Networking knowledge, including wireless is essential.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Vmware vSphere/ESXi, Ubuntu/Debian/CentOS Linus and IP cameras are desirable.
