The opportunity:
Are you ready to turn your passion and trade skills for gardening and outdoor aesthetics into a rewarding career? Join our dynamic team at Movie World and Sea World where thrilling opportunities await!

As a Groundsperson, you will help deliver a high standard of park presentation, whilst enhancing the aesthetics of the grounds of our property. You will also have opportunities to add your own creativity and imagination to our amazing property.

Your day to day:
• General landscaping and garden maintenance
• Mowing, hedging, spraying and general laboring duties
• Operation, maintenance and cleaning of tools and machinery
• Following all policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for team members and guests

What you’ll bring:
• Certificate III in Horticulture highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience in a similar position with a knowledge of horticulture
• A current manual drivers license highly desirable
• A current bobcat, excavator, back-hoe, truck license or tractor driving experience is advantageous
• A high level of understanding and commitment to Workplace Health and Safety
• Must be physically fit, physical requirements include but are not limited to: carrying, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, twisting
• Must be able to start at 5:00am and work on any days including weekends and school holidays
