The opportunity:
Join our team as a Learning Coordinator! You'll be responsible for the administration, implementation and reporting of the learning and development team across the VRTP Group. Bring your detail-oriented, organised mindset and collaborate with stakeholders to drive our learning and development initiatives.

Your day to day:
• Coordinate the School Based Traineeships & Apprenticeship programs.
• Deliver Company Induction across multiple properties.
• Assist with designing and implementing technical, functional, and soft skills training programs.
• Update LMS system to ensure that training administration is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with ensuring that the content and delivery of our L&D courses are compliant with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Liaise and communicate with key stakeholders and external training companies to organise courses accordingly.
• Monitor, book and follow up on internal and external training for all team members.
• Prepare training materials for training programs as required and ensure training rooms are set up and well stocked.

What you’ll bring:
• 2 years of training facilitation experience
• 2 years of learning design and development experience
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment essential
• Skills in Adobe CC, MS Suite, Articulate, and Canva is advantageous
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn LMS (preferably Docebo)
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proficient in HR systems for training data entry and reporting
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
