We’re searching for a Business Analyst to strengthen our technical capability and ensure  consistent delivery of  secure and reliable technology solutions. You will partner closely with technical leaders and stakeholders to improve technical processes that enhance strategic objectives and ensure continuous delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, configure, test and implement approved system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Monitor application performance, integrations and scheduled processes, proactively identifying and addressing issues before they impact business operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system stability, operational efficiency and service delivery outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Familiarity with orchestration, automation and integration technologies (e.g. Azure Logic Apps,Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, Kubernetes or similar platforms).
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, web services and data exchange between enterprise applications.

• Understanding of business systems analysis methodologies, requirements gathering techniques and process improvement principles.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
