Become a holiday hero and slide into the thrills at Village Roadshow Theme Parks. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable team players to join the Food & Beverage team at two of the most exciting tourist attractions on the Gold Coast – Wet’n’Wild Water World and Warner Bros. Movie World.

 

You could be serving coffees, making burgers, scooping ice cream, mixing drinks or keeping our mobile carts rolling in a dynamic team environment. From the busy lunchtime rushes to the sunny afternoon treats, every shift gives you the chance to create memorable guest experiences and be part of the summer fun. 

 

This seasonal role runs until January 2027, with potential contract extensions or ongoing opportunities for standout performers.

 

Whether you’re serving guests or helping prepare our food and beverage offerings, you’ll play a key role in bringing the summer fun to every shift. You’ll:

• Prepare and serve a range of food and beverage items whilst maintaining a high level of food safety, quality and presentation. 

• Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests and team members. 

• Operate point of sale system to accurately process guest transactions.

• Follow workplace hygiene procedures and health and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Work effectively within a team environment or independently as required.

 

We’re looking for friendly, flexible team players who thrive on variety and are ready to bring great service to every interaction. You’ll bring:

• A valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential.

• Full availability to work alternating shifts from 7am until 7pm any day of the week, including school holidays and public holidays and night shifts as required.

• A positive attitude and a strong guest service focus.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment across a variety of food outlets.

• Exceptional guest service focus and communication skills.

• Excellent grooming standards in line with food and beverage personal presentation requirements, including no jewellery, fake nails or nail polish.

• Willingness to work across bars, kitchens, outdoor carts and other food and beverage outlets as required. 

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer service is highly regarded.
