The Opportunity
Love great food, friendly faces and the idea of sharing your workplace with a few curious animals? Paradise Country is on the lookout for upbeat, reliable team members to serve up memorable guest experiences and plenty of smiles as part of our Food & Beverage team.
From bustling breakfasts to lively lunches and relaxed dinners, you’ll bring the fun across our Farmhouse Restaurant and Burrow Café, serving a delicious range of food and drinks to guests enjoying their day in the country.

This seasonal role runs from late November 2026 to 31 January 2027, with potential contract extensions or ongoing opportunities for standout performers.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll serve up great food, warm welcomes and memorable moments—with a little country charm in every shift. You’ll:
• Prepare and serve a range of food and beverage items whilst maintaining a high level of food safety, quality and presentation.
• Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests and team members.
• Operate point of sale system to accurately process guest transactions.
• Follow workplace hygiene procedures and health and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work effectively within a team environment or independently as required.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for team members who can bring warm country hospitality to every farmyard dining experience. You’ll bring:
• A valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is required prior to commencement.
• Full availability over the December/January period to work a range of shifts from 6am to 10pm on any day of the week, including public holidays.
• Reliable transport as shifts are outside public transport hours.
• Exceptional guest service focus and communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent grooming standards in line with food and beverage personal presentation requirements, including no jewellery, fake nails or nail polish.
• Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and a passion for customer service is essential.
