About the role:

The People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner is an integral part of the P&C team. You will partner with leaders across Roadshow Films and Corporate departments to assist with aligning our organisational objectives with the implementation of P&C initiatives. This role has a strong focus on building strong relationships with our leadership teams, providing strategic and practical HR advice. You will act as a change agent influencing positive organisational culture, effectiveness, and capability development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join us for a 12-month fixed term period.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with leaders to understand business drivers and develop tailored people strategies
  • Provide general HR support, coaching and advice to managers on all HR areas
  • Guide to managers through the annual performance and remuneration review process
  • Gather and analyse people data to make informed decisions and initiate actions
  • Advise and coach leaders through organisational changes looking at workforce planning, talent management and organisational design
  • Champion the employee experience and drive the implementation of an employee engagement survey and actions

About you:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated P&C Business Partner with a passion for driving organisational excellence and supporting executive leaders in achieving strategic objectives. This role will suit someone with significant experience in P&C business partnering and organisational change management. You will be working with people across all levels of the business everyday so you will bring the ability to build trusted relationships while enhancing a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Significant experience as a P&C/HR Business Partner
  • Demonstrated experience being a strategic and trusted advisor to senior leaders and Executives
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with coaching experience
  • Experience implementing and championing HR/P&C initiatives
  • Experience in providing support and advice on performance management and employee relations issues
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • High level of integrity, ethics and confidentiality
