The opportunity:
Work at Australia’s only Theme Park Resort! As the first point of contact for guests arriving at Sea World Resort you will be responsible for meeting and greeting, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and anticipating our guest needs.

Your day to day:
• Provide luggage assistance
• Valet parking and retrieving vehicles
• Assist to provide a smooth flow of traffic through the hotel driveway
• Assist guests with directions and other enquiries
• Attend to guest requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
• Be versatile and use initiative in responding to guest requests

What you’ll bring:
• Previous experience in hospitality essential
• Drivers license essential
• Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working under pressure
• Physical requirements include but are not limited to: carrying, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing and twisting
• Available to work on any day including weekends, nights and public holiday
