The opportunity:
To ensure the safekeeping and maintenance of the physical movement of stock within the VRTP properties through the ongoing creation, maintenance, monitoring and reporting of inventory items.

Your day to day:
•   Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent internal service and to promote a positive working environment
•   Create and maintain material master data within the SAP system
•   Run and maintain various reports and end of month tasks within the SAP system
•   Schedule, communicate and perform stock counts on a regular basis & provide analysis and feedback to outlet Managers
•   Create and maintain materials, sales pricing, discounts, coupons and all other relevant data within the Point of Sale system and Me&u.

What you’ll bring:
•   Previous experience in a similar role and SAP Knowledge an advantage
•   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas
•   Previous exposure to contracts or royalty arrangements an advantage
•   Strong time management and organizational skills, with an attention to detail
•   Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously when required
•   Some early mornings and late nights required for stocktaking
•   Microsoft office suite skills advantageous
