We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Stewarding Captain to help lead our hardworking team and ensure our back-of-house spaces shine as brightly as our guest experiences! In this hands-on role, you’ll help maintain clean, safe and hygienic kitchen environments—supporting our Food & Beverage operations to deliver unforgettable moments, every day.
A Day in the Life:
• Support, organise and motivate the stewarding team to complete daily tasks with excellence
• Carry out cleaning duties to keep kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils spotless and safe
• Apply and oversee food safety procedures to maintain the highest hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively with the broader F&B team to meet operational needs
• Assist with onboarding, training and skill development to help your teammates thrive
What You’ll Bring:
• Experience and knowledge of stewarding or kitchen operations
• Strong understanding of hygiene standards and food safety requirements
• Confidence in leading, training and mentoring others
• Ability to identify and manage safety hazards
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays (with weekday RDOs)
